Gregory Pyra

A native of Warsaw, Poland, Gregory Pyra has been painting and creating jewelry for most of his life. A popular jewelry artist in Europe during the 1970s, museums and galleries throughout Poland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden boast of carrying Pyra’s work while the Swedish Royal Family also lays claim to Pyra’s pieces in their collection. The Pyra family has a permanent collection in the Malbork Castle Museum in Malbork, Poland.

Since moving to the United States more than twenty years ago, Pyra continues to show his work in numerous galleries along the east coast. In the early nineties, Pyra’s son Gabriel joined his father’s art studio.
